Appointment Policies: 1. Reschedule or Cancel To reschedule or cancel your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours in advance. A 50% fee will be automatically charged for: Failure to cancel or reschedule 48 hours in advance. No-shows. Arriving more than 15 minutes late. 2. Prepare for Your Appointment Ensure your lashes are clean prior to your appointment. Any residue may lead to retention issues. We want to achieve maximum retention with all of our clients. 3. Foreign Refills and Refunds We only accept foreign refills from the artists at Curvilashes. We cannot issue any refunds of any kind. 4. Guest Policy Please do not bring any extra guests to your appointment. 5. Post-Appointment Concerns If you have any concerns following your initial appointment, please contact us within 72 hours of your visit. We’ll accommodate you and always aim to exceed your lash extensions expectations. We appreciate your trust in us slaying your lashes.
